Returns with DHL SmartMail Parcel Return are fast and convenient! To print a return label, kindly enter the required information into the form. If the merchant provided a RMA or order number, please enter it in the appropriate field(s). Field(s) related to RMA/order numbers are optional.

After the return label request is submitted, you will be able to print it immediately. A copy will also be sent to the email address you provide.

Please securely seal your return parcel and affix the return label to the outside of the package. Mark through any existing barcodes or labels on the return package. Retain your tracking number for your records. Returns may be tracked online at webtrack.dhlecs.com.

Packages are picked up by the United States Postal Service (USPS). You may drop your return at any USPS access point, including a local Post Office, USPS blue collection box or your residential mail box. You may also schedule a free USPS pickup by visiting usps.com/pickup.
